I'm a firm believer that we can never have too many chicken recipes, and this super flavorful chicken and unctuous marsala sauce is so absolutely wonderful. The fact that it comes together in 20 minutes makes it a weeknight winner, which moves it up to the top of my list as far as chicken dishes go.

You scream. I scream. We all scream for ice cream!
Well, this isn't exactly ice cream, but it's a delicious, non-dairy very easy way to have a dozen ice cream sandwiches in your freezer available for snacking. 
Smoky cauliflower accented with one of my favorite spices, smoked paprika, roasted red peppers, melty cheese and anything else your heart desires all in a beautifully golden, toasty tortilla. That's a great quesadilla right there folks!

Smoky, roasted cauliflower with those charred bits (the bites I always look for have the most char) drizzled over with a gorgeous, zingy lemon yogurt tahini (sesame seed paste) sauce, then accented with the crunch of salty chopped emerald pistachios and a sprinkling of fresh, herby parsley. Love it. 
So simple & just a great special touch when you want to serve a special bread with a special meal or any meal for that matter. Crunchy, cheesy, peppery bread with that mouth watering parmesan saltiness that leaves you wanting just one more, and one more after that.
Cacio e Pepe translates from Italian literally to cheese and pepper. It is an adored pasta dish featuring those two start ingredients, but I use it here on one of my favorite breads and have been making this "side dish" for many company meals for years. It's too simple not to share. 
This is such a quick weeknight pasta dish, yet so elegant you'll want to serve it to your guests.
Pan roasted mushrooms and silken pasta all tossed together with a garlicky, lemony sauce that comes together in about 15 minutes. Yes please! This is a star of a dish. 
Tim and I have really been loving my Lime Jalapeño Mocktails this summer. They are the perfect non-alcoholic drink for a sunny summer afternoon or evening, having that slight bitterness of tonic water, zing of lime and subtle fire of jalapeño.
Sweet heat is one of my favorite flavor profiles and these simple syrup jalapeños certainly fit the bill. They are syrupy, sticky yet fiery, and totally addictive.
I love to keep these on hand and being that they are so incredibly easy to make, I can whip them up in a jiffy and store them in my fridge for a couple of weeks to add to so many things as I see fit. 
Easy soft and gooey nut butter cookies with a jammy center that come together in mere minutes using only one bowl, and are ready to serve in about 20 minutes. You can't beat that for a delicious, quick cookie. 0h wait! These happen to be gluten-free as well so that moves these up yet another notch.
