There is nothing cozier this time of year than a mug of hot chocolate. While I typically go for the pure cocoa variety homemade hot chocolate, I wanted to do something a bit different this season and in an ode to Elvis….no specific reason but listening to old classic Christmas Music, I wanted to do something with a Blue Christmas theme.

This is such a deliciously “more-ish” quick bite. It elevates your humble PB&J to the next level by starting with a croissant and has the additional component of cream cheese, or vegan/dairy free cream cheese which I love to use.
