If you've ever had semi-fredo, it's a frozen Italian dessert that typically uses whipped cream and many different combinations of fillings. My super easy version uses a container of non-dairy whipped topping. I use a good cocoa powder and frozen sweet, dark cherries in mine for a quick fix dessert that is perfect for any occasion.
I keep So Delicious CocoWhip in my freezer at all times as it is my favorite non-dairy whipped topping with less sugar, no hydrogenated oil and is completely dairy free. I also use it in my easy Key Lime Pie.
I haven't purchased salad dressing in years...literally years. It's so much cheaper, healthier (no suspicious ingredients) and fresher/tastier to make your own.
These are 3 basic vinaigrettes to get you started. Double the batch then keep in the fridge for a couple weeks. Not just drizzle worthy for salads but also great over chicken, roast pork & veggies. Your fancily & friends will be so impressed that you made these all on your own (like a pro) and all that's required is shaking the jar to mix everything up.
Truly one of my favorite sandwiches with fluffy Naan or pita, sweet roasted red peppers, ham, turkey and the perfect tahini chili jam mayo. Killer sammie material right here!
