We've all seen pumpkin rolls at the stores during the fall. They always start presenting themselves in October and November, but did you know they are very easy to make yourself and so much more delicious when you do so.

Chili is on everyone's fall soup list and I love the alternative of a white style chili that simply doesn't use the traditional tomato base.
This white chicken chili has a subtle (or not so subtle depending on how much chili you add) kick from canned green chilis that gives the hum of heat, creamy white beans and loads of flavor from cumin, oregano and flavorful broth and shredded chicken.

Italian lemon and almond cookies, known as Ricciarelli, have a delectable, almost creamy marzipan like interior with bright notes of lemon and a slightly caramelized powdered sugar exterior. They are divine, have only 4 ingredients, come together in 1 bowl and are gluten free. Need I say more?
Everybody loves spaghetti, and when you combine it with delicious sweet crab (in this case I am using imitation crab), ruby sun-dried tomatoes, briny olives and fresh basil, you have a whole new way to enjoy this pasta pantry staple.
