Weekly Menu, Recipes & Shopping List (5.5.25)
Are you tired of trying to figure out what to make for dinner? Are you even tired of hearing that dreaded question "what's for dinner?"
Well I have a solution for you. I am offering weekly meal plans that consist of 5 mains plus a treat to make on the weekend or whenever you feel like you need it.
But wait there's more. Not only will I give you the meal plans, but recipes and instructions will be included. And these meals are not time intensive, high skill level meals, but are intended for busy Dads, working Moms, soccer parents and anyone else that wants a nutritious meal on the table in 30 or so minutes. We use cheat methods (like starting potatoes in the microwave to speed up roasting) and often shortcut ingredients as well (precooked rice packets anyone?) to hasten a delicious dinner along.
And wait, there's still more. With each meal plan will come a complete shopping list that you can check off as you're in the grocery, or perhaps, taking inventory in your own pantry, fridge and freezer before you head out on a weekly shopping foray. The shopping list will be comprehensive and separated into areas of the grocery to make your trip as easy and stress-free as possible.
And still there's one more thing. With each shopping list will come an average total cost anticipated, based on my geographic area (metro Atlanta,) and also considering lower-cost, grocery stores like Aldi, and my staple, Kroger. Of course prices fluctuate in different areas and for different grocers, but this will be an average in my area so you can budget appropriately.
For each week, the cost is just $5 for a week's plan, and you can skip any week you want. The sample menu will be available for you to peruse before you decide to purchase that week's menu.
