Pumpkin Spice Latte - Dairy Free

For the ultimate dairy-free pumpkin spiced latte, start with a rich pumpkin puree mixed with coconut or almond milk. Add a hint of pumpkin pie spice for that classic kick, or my Turmeric Ginger Chai blend . Sweeten with maple syrup, and finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon. Delve into the flavors by topping it with dairy-free whipped cream for an extra treat. Enjoy it warm or iced for a cozy vibe!

As the leaves begin to change and the air turns crisp, there’s one seasonal favorite that warms our hearts and fills our homes with cozy aromas: pumpkin spice! Nothing quite captures the essence of autumn like a perfectly crafted pumpkin spice latte—especially when it’s dairy-free.

This dairy free delight has got to be the most satisfying, creamy PSL I've ever had.  It tops any other in my recollection of the many many pumpkin spice lattes I've downed in my lifetime.

The pumpkin puree lends to the thick creaminess of this latte and if you're not a fan of coffee, you can simply leave it out (or if you're serving to kids) and the warm spiced pumpkin milk is all you need.

Glass Saucepan.                                    Battery Operated Frother                             Double walled Mugs
Pumpkin Spice Latte (Dairy Free)

For the Latte:
  • 1 cup dairy free milk such as coconut or cashew (you want a very creamy milk such as Elmhurst Cashew & Coconut Barista blend)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or my turmeric chai spice blend)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (I use vanilla paste)
  • 1 shot espresso (or 2 if you like it stronger). You can actually use instant coffee for a short cut.
  • A pinch of sea salt


Optional - whipped cream (dairy free), cinnamon, cinnamon stick or pumpkin pie spice for garnish


In a saucepan slowly heat the milk and pumpkin puree.  Stir gently.

Add the pumpkin pie spice or use my turmeric chai spice blend for a unique flavor and powerful anti-inflammatory hit.

Add the maple syrup and vanilla then either whisk to froth or use a handheld electric frother.

Add the espresso or coffee and a small pinch salt then whisk or froth again. ( I use a battery operated frother for ultimate foam)

Put into your mug and adorn with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice  or a cinnamon stick or perhaps some non dairy whipped cream.
