Tips for Perfect Air Fryer Salmon
  • Leave the skin on during cooking to help keep the salmon moist.
  • Let the salmon come to room temperature so you’re not adding chilled salmon. To a hot air fryer.
  • Avoid overcrowding the basket so the hot air can circulate properly.
  • Thicker center-cut fillets may need an additional minute or two.
  • Fresh lemon zest makes a noticeable difference—it's worth using instead of bottled lemon juice.

Variations
  • Add a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the butter mixture for extra tang.
  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for gentle heat.
  • Substitute the oregano with fresh dill or basil for a different herb profile.
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the air fryer at 325°F for 3-4 minutes or enjoy chilled over a fresh salad..my favorite way.

  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
