This may be my new favorite afternoon pick me up. Creamy tahini sweetened with maple syrup then milk of choice, all whipped with a frother....if you like that foamy top, then topped with a handful of ice and a shot of deep espresso. Switch up up for a warm latte if desired, but right now I'm really loving this as an iced concoction. So creamy and delicious. You can also put all these ingredients into a blender & make this into the most lucious, creamy milkshake like beverage of kings & queens. I like to use coconut milk or oat milk when making lattes. They're the creamiest of the dairy free options, but almond milk or cashew milk also works very well. for 1 serving 1 tablespoon tahini 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it) milk of choice (I like to use coconut or oat milk or some unsweetened vanilla Nut Pods creamers) 1 shot brewed espresso ice Add tahini, maple syrup and and milk (amount to your liking) to a tall glass. Using a handheld frother, blitz until blended, frothy and creamy. Add ice. Top with the espresso shot. Enjoy!
